Products

Our company, OOO Lesobalt, is continuously working
on
assortment of the sawn timber.

Product tests

In November 2005 the test of the ift Rosenheim (Institute of Window Technologies,  Rosenheim, Germany) “Quality test of window scantlings produced using KLEIBERIT EPI 304.4 glue system” revealed that the window scantlings from pine and larch, produced with this glue system, demonstrate a very good firmness.

In March 2006 the window scantlings from OOO Lesobalt were among the few other scantlings from Russia, which passed successfully the test of ift Rosenheim “The expertise of the optimised and laminated wooden profiles for producing of windows and entrance doors”.

Window scantling

For the production of our window scantlings we use only
radial-cut and semi-radial-cut scantlings.

  • Laminated according the European quality requirements DIN EN 204 D4;
  • The quality entirely complies the requirements of GOST 30972-2002;
  • Humidity 10-12%;
  • Different sizes (stock 72õ86);
  • Sorts À1, À3, and Â1, Â3;
  • À1, Â1 – the outer lamellas are whole, the middle one is finger-jointed;
  • À3, B3 – the outer lamellas are finger-jointed> the inner one is also finger-jointed

Edge glued board

  • Laminated according to European quality requirements DIN EN 204 D4;
  • Dimension types will match your specifications;
  • Matching of colour, texture and wood graining;
  • If the customer wishes, we pack in shrink film

Edge glued board from larch

The furniture producers pay an increasing attention to the edge glued board from larch. This trend is very reasonable concerning the high density and firmness, extreme water proof qualities, rot resistance, high durability and a noble look (the colour palette of larch comprises 12 different hues).

Larch is widely utilized in the production of:

  • garden furniture,
  • decking,
  • inner and outer stairs,
  • floor boards,
  • window sills,
  • arch openings,
  • wall panels,
  • laminated window and door scantlings

Decking

We invite the landscaping designers, construction companies for mutual cooperation!
